Everything! It's a Collector Festival so there will be a range from top Exotics to modest cars with sentimental value. It's an event where the public can enjoy your car

What if I arrive before 8:00?

The gate opens at 8:00 for exhibitors. If you arrive prior to 8:00 am we suggest you wait at staging areas such as Save-On Foods at Fort & Foul Bay or Hillside Mall. This is especially important for groups who intend to arrive together

What if I arrive after 10:00

The gate for exhibitors closes at 10:00am, after which time no more cars will be permitted on the site. The primary reason for this is public safety: with thousands of attendees present including children and seniors we cannot have cars moving on the street

Can I leave the event before 3:00pm?

Safety is the primary objective of the event. With thousands of attendees present, any moving vehicle can be a safety issue. Please arrive during placement 8:00-10:00am and plan to leave at 3:00pm

Inform the gate and you'll be placed near one of the designated exits to minimize movement. Please note you will not have the choice of location or be with others in your group. Safety is paramount.

Who puts on the event

Can I bring more than one car?

Cars are positioned as they arrive at the site. If you hope to be placed as a group, please meet offsite at a staging area such as the Save-On-Foods parking lot nearby and approach the entry gate as a group. Organizers cannot guarantee group placement.

Is there a host hotel nearby with parking

The Oak Bay Beach Hotel is nearby and is offering 20% off rates during the event. Click www.oakbaybeachhotel.com and use code OBCCF
